SHIPPING CARRIERS

Delivery will be made using:
o J&T Express - Malaysia
 
DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER
o Tracking No. will be emailed/personal messaged/whatapps to you within 1-2 day once the payment received.
o We usually ship within 1-2 working days after confirmation of payment.
o It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in J&T tracking system, because they normally keys-in tracking code at the end of the day.

DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS
o We ship throughout Malaysia
o Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM8.00 onwards.
o For Sabah and Sarawak is RM12.00 onwards.
o Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
o Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 1-5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and may take up to 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
o Our working day is Monday to Friday.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge based on Pos Malaysia International postage fees.
